• We are not responsible for interactions between users. - Free and Paid Memberships
The Service offers both:
• Free membership plan(“Free Plan”)
• Paid membership plan(“Paid Plan”)
Paid Plan details (including features, price, billing terms, and cancellations) are provided during signup and/or in the billing pages/checkout flow. If any terms in the checkout flow conflict with these Terms, the checkout flow controls for that purchase. - User Conduct Rules (What You Must Not Do)
You agree not to do any of the following:
• Impersonation or misrepresentation: Create profiles that are false or misleading, impersonate another person, or use someone else’s images or identity without permission.
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation: Threaten, stalk, bully, or harass anyone, including sending unwanted repeated messages.
• Hate or hateful conduct:Post or communicate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence toward protected groups.
• Non-consensual conduct:Encourage or engage in sexual or other conduct without consent.
• Sexual content violations:Post or transmit explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornographic material, including in messages or profile content.
• Fraud or scams: Engage in scams, extortion, money requests, “investment” schemes, or any behavior intended to defraud users.
• Off-platform coercion or payment diversion: Request money, gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or payments of any kind outside the Service in connection with dating interactions.
• Malware and harmful content: Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Spam and automated abuse: Use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping to access the Service, send messages, harvest data, or disrupt functionality.
• Circumvention: Attempt to bypass blocks, reporting tools, membership controls, verification, or access restrictions.
• Privacy invasion: Disclose private information about others (for example, home addresses, phone numbers, or non-public personal data) without consent.
• Illegal conduct: Violate any applicable law while using the Service.
We may update or refine these rules by posting additional community guidelines within the Service. Any such guidelines are incorporated into these Terms. - Reporting-Based Moderation (No Proactive Review Requirement)
6.1 How moderation works
We moderate and enforce these Terms based on user reports. We may review reported content and investigate reported behavior.
This means that:
• We are not required to monitor all content continuously.
• We may not take action unless a report is submitted and reviewed.
6.2 How to report
To submit a report, use the Contact Page :
• the username(s) involved,
• the relevant content (e.g., screenshots or links),
• and a description of why it violates these Terms.
6.3 Report reliability
You agree not to submit false reports or reports made in bad faith. Repeated false reporting may lead to account restrictions. - Profile Content and User Materials
You are responsible for all content you post to the Service, including:
• profile photos,
• profile text,
• messages (if any),
• comments/posts (if available),
• and any other materials you upload or submit.
You grant us the rights needed to display and process content to provide the Service. (See Section 12.)
We may remove content and/or restrict accounts that we determine violate these Terms or the safety standards described here, including for repeated or severe violations. - Dating Safety and User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You should use standard safety practices when meeting someone in person, including meeting in public places and using your own judgment.
We may provide safety resources within the Service, but those resources do not replace user responsibility. - Repeated Violations; Enforcement Actions
9.1 Range of enforcement actions
We may take any of the following actions, at our discretion:
• remove content,
• issue warnings,
• suspend an account,
• permanently ban an account,
• limit access to certain features,
• or terminate access to the Service.
9.2 Repeated violations
For repeated violations of these Terms, we may:
• delete content,
• ban users,
• and/or terminate access.
We determine repetition based on reported evidence and prior enforcement actions tied to your account(s) and conduct.
9.3 Circumvention enforcement
If we determine you are evading a ban or enforcement action (including via creating new accounts), we may take enforcement action against the new accounts as well. - Deletion of Content
We may delete or remove content that violates these Terms, including content submitted by users that is reported or otherwise identified during enforcement activities.
Deletion may occur without prior notice where permitted by law and where we believe urgent removal is needed to protect users or the Service. - Intellectual Property
11.1 Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create and upload.
11.2 License to us
You grant DateLGBT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt your content solely as needed to:
• operate and maintain the Service,
• provide profile and messaging functionality,
• enforce these Terms,
• and improve the Service.
This license lasts for as long as your content is available on the Service unless removed by you or deleted by us in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 Our content

• You are responsible for all taxes and fees that apply to your purchases where required by law.
• If payment fails, we may suspend your Paid Plan features.

We do not guarantee that:
• other users are truthful about their identity or intentions,

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. - Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DateLGBT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the [three (3) or twelve (12)]months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 (whichever is greater), except where liability limits are prohibited by law. - Indemnification

• identification of the allegedly infringing content,

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
